Water tanks
The photo shows a water reservoir. JOOSTEN sealing membranes of "LD Standard" or "high elastic" quality are recommended for this application. JOOSTEN sealing membranes contain no heavy metals, plasticizers or other migrating substances and are therefore safe for fish and plants. The sealing membranes are resistant to micro organisms and root growth.
Ponds for golf courses
JOOSTEN sealing membranes in "high elastic" quality in thicknesses of 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm are ideal for projects on golf courses. The wide widths allow the membrane to be laid quickly and cost-effectively. JOOSTEN flexible sealing membranes as a ready-to-use cover for 1000 to 6000 m2 make it easier to lay on site, enabling complete ponds to be created without welding the membrane.
Liquid manure tanks
Experience of creating liquid manure tanks in the ground shows that JOOSTEN sealing membranes in "high elastic" quality and a thickness of 1.5 mm meet requirements.
The sealing membranes up to 12 m wide are widely used in industry, agriculture and also in the public sector for hydraulic engineering work, waste water, sludge and liquid manure tanks in the ground. The sealing membranes protect the soil and the groundwater.

Flexible biogas storage tank
JOOSTEN flexible sealing membranes in "high elastic" quality are used as a gas storage tank in biogas installations due to their high level of flexibility. The 3-layer co-extruded sealing membrane is therefore ideal as a gas barrier and also protects against the effects of UV. Similar sealing membranes are used to cover liquid manure tanks to reduce the nuisance of ammonia and methane as well as excess odour.
Interim cover when storing hazardous substances JOOSTEN flexible sealing membranes in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm are used when storing waste from the following applications: Interim cover to separate drainage of clean surface water and contaminated water from refuse. Protection of mineral sealing material against the effects of the weather, such as drying out, erosion and frost.
